Beginning Machine Embroidery
Learn the foundational skills and items needed to create beautiful machine embroidery. This class will go through the different stabilizers, fabrics, needles, design files, hooping and more. In session 1, you will create your own Stabilizer notebook. In Session 2, we will review Session 1 and work on 2 small projects to understand the basics and prepare you for the types of projects we do in 1st Sewing Center's Embroidery Club.

Rachel is back for National Strip Set Day (a.k.a. Jelly Roll Day)! This year we are learning to make the Hexie Harmony Quilt. Join 1st Sewing Center for Open Sew Thursdays - our Social Event where we open up our classroom for you to work on any project you want. Just bring your machine, your project, and friends and sew the afternoon away in comfort. A $5.00 fee will hold one of the ten available spots. Each participant is required to pay the $5 fee and register online.
