Embroidery Meet and Greet

  • Have you always wanted to know how they make all those cool embroidered items?
  • Do you have an embroidery module for your machine, but it intimidates you?
  • Have questions about embroidery but don’t know where to begin or whom to ask?

Come to our Bloomington location's Embroidery Meet and Greet open house and get to know not only the cool stuff you can do with Embroidery but also our NEW instructor Maria Slowik.

Everything you have ever wanted to know about embroidery but were afraid to ask awaits you with this event. Maria will be on hand to show and talk about some of the amazing things she has done on different types of fabric….especially those more difficult ones like denim, leather, and those terrycloth towels and robes. She’ll have examples of different techniques as well as some more unusual things like redwork, embroidery with a wing needle, mylar, patches, and even toilet paper! Her lecture will get you excited to want to learn more as we set up our new classes, but it is also an opportunity for you to let us know what you would like to learn as we shape the curriculum.

Don't have an embroidery machine but have considered getting into the wonderful world of embroidery?

Join us for this event and try some of our amazing embroidery machines! Call the Bloomington store to register at (952) 884-1938.
