Embroidered Denim Jacket: Personal Expression Through Wearable Design

In this class, students explore denim jackets as a creative canvas for embroidery. Focusing on technique, composition, and material exploration rather than a single motif, students will develop and apply a design of their own choosing. The course emphasizes planning and positioning of artwork for garments, discussion on stabilization, and how to create visual impact. Through hands-on practice, students learn how embroidery can transform everyday clothing into meaningful, wearable art that reflects personal style and creative voice.
Open to all brands of embroidery machines. You will bring your own sewing and embroidery machine to use in class.
A class supply list will be emailed to you after registration.
