Scrap Crazy 6" Quilt Blocks
Learn how to use the Creative Grid Scrap Crazy 6" ruler templates to make a scrappy 6" quilt block. Utilize all your scrap fabrics to create block after block of unique combinations or color plan your blocks to see how color can make a design come to life.
What you will learn in this class:
- How to properly cut out your pieces using the ruler templates,
- How to properly sew the quilt block pieces together
- How to arrange finished blocks
- Tips and tricks to make your quilting fun and enjoyable

| Skill Details: | You will learn to use and cut out different sized fabric pieces utilizing the Scrap Crazy 6" templates as well as seaming the pieces together and proper pressing. |
| Materials Included: | A supply list will be emailed to you prior to class. |
| Requirements: | You will need to purchase the Scrap Crazy 6" Quilt templates. These will be available in-store for purchase at a special price for students. |

| Instructor Bio: | Rachel has been quilting for nearly 20 years having learned from her mom and aunt. She has taught several classes at First Sewing including a Sampler Quilt, Jelly Roll Quilt, and the Posh Penelope Quilt Block. Rachel works as a civil engineer to support her quilting habit. She also enjoys ice fishing, kickboxing, and reading. Carlos is just a crazy guy that works at 1st Sewing Center Bloomington and likes to teach people how to sew and use their machines. |
