Learn the foundational skills and items needed to create beautiful machine embroidery. This class will go through the different stabilizers, fabrics, needles, design files, hooping and more. In session 1, you will create your own Stabilizer notebook. In Session 2, we will review Session 1 and work on 2 small projects to understand the basics and prepare you for the types of projects we do in 1st Sewing Center's Embroidery Club.

This is the embroidery/quilting module section of the Bernina Owner's Class that instructs you on the working of your new or new to you Bernina Sewing Machine Module that you purchased at 1st Sewing Center. This is the second part of a two-part class that is specific to the Embroidery/Quilting Module and the embroidery functionality of your machine.

Need a little extra space for a project? Wish you could sew with a friend, but don't have the space? Join 1st Sewing Center for Open Sew Thursdays - our Social Event where we open up our classroom for you to work on any project you want. Just bring your machine, your project, and friends and sew the afternoon away in comfort. A $5.00 fee will hold one of the ten available spots. Each participant is required to pay the $5 fee and register online.
